Drawing on over a decade of studying, foraging, and mindfully utilizing wild mushrooms in our beautiful Ozark hills, Mike will be teaching the basics of wild mushroom foraging. He will cover when, where, and how to find several common edible and medicinal fungi, as well as how to prepare them. Also covered will be the poisonous mushrooms of our region, so you can learn to forage safely. There will be plenty of time for Q & A as well!
