We are thrilled to announce this fantastic opportunity to experience gorgeously delicious dishes created by our friend Wild Foods by Dyllan! Also, it will be happening at our favorite venue, the Wild Arts Learning Center!
This will be a fine dining experience featuring six different mushroom dishes created from wild foraged and locally sourced ingredients. Mike will present a tableside talk for each course, including information on history, ecological interactions, and how to identify, harvest, and prepare each featured mushroom.
Dyllan has been busy the past couple years making amazing dishes from foraged goodies and hosting unique and fun foodie opportunities and we're really happy to be a part of this one!
There will also be an optional short mushroom walk with Mike before each seating so we can immerse ourselves in the woods before enjoying the fruits of the forest together!
The 4:30 seating is now sold out, but there are still a couple seats left for the 7:30 seating - grab them while you can!
